No returns

Due to the fragility of the posters and the fact that each poster is made on demand when an order is made, I cannot accept returns. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order and have it refunded before you receive information that your item has shipped, please send me an email at hej@karljoel.se as soon as possible.

Wrong/ invalid address

I’m not responsible for an order's failed delivery due to a wrong/ invalid address or any other inaccurate information given by you to the shop, or a lack of presenting yourself to claim the package after receiving notice. I won’t be able to refund your order and shipping costs. If you accidentally provided me with a wrong address, please contact me at hej@karljoel.se as soon as possible after placing your order.

Damages/ reclaims

Printful are doing their best to safely package your items, but unfortunately it might happen that damages occur during transportation. If you have received a damaged or faulty item please send me an email with your order number and images of both the item and packaging at hej@karljoel.se. Please make sure to send images of the damage/ fault as well as an image of the whole item. I’ll do my best to replace your order quickly.

Delays

I’m not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or any other shipping services. If you experience any delays or issues with shipping, please contact your Post Office with the tracking number of your order and/or contact me at hej@karljoel.se and I’ll do my best to help.

Resale/ wholesale

Posters purchased on the shop are not for resale. At the moment I do not offer wholesale.

All images and artworks on this website are the property of Studio Karl-Joel Larsson and are protected under international copyright laws. Purchasing a poster does not allow you to use it for commercial, promotional purposes or exploit it in any way. No images or artworks on this website may be reproduced or distributed in public without the prior written permission of Studio Karl-Joel Larsson. Without prior written permission it is not permitted to copy, reproduce or resale these images in any way whatsoever.
